Naomi Temple A.M.E. Zion Church is located approximately one mile south of Exit 21 of the Southern State Parkway.

It is located approximately one mile north of the Long Island Railroad train station located in Freeport, NY.

You can also reach the church by bus.  The n41 and n40 have convenient stops near the church on Babylon Turnpike and Nassau Road, respectively.
